How to add Wall Vinyl Stickers to outlet covers

Did you know that you can use the same stickers that you decorate your walls with to add zing to your outlet covers and light switch covers?  YES!  Here are a few photos showing how we used some leftover Zebra Stripes Stickers to jazz up an outlet cover.

  1. Cut your sticker piece to fit the outlet cover.  A little larger or extra won't hurt as you will trim up later.

2. Peel the backing off your sticker and apply to the outlet cover.  3. Then peel the top tape layer off the sticker.

Here is what it will look like after you applied the sticker to the outlet cover.

4. Last you need to use an Exacto knife or blade to trim the pieces off the plug-in openings and where ever there is extra.  Smooth everything down, especially around the edges and there you are...

Ta-Da!  So FUN!

Zebra Print wall decor is popular from teen rooms all the way down to baby nurseries or any space looking for modern decor.

Combine the Zebra Hearts with the 2" Peel-n-Stick Hearts for a multi-colored theme. Popular combinations would be Black/Purple, Hot Pink/Black, White/Hot Pink, Soft Pink/Hot Pink or Red/Black.

Zebra Stripe Stickers - new updated size

As anyone who has worked with wall stickers before may know, tiny pieces make it harder to apply to the wall or surface. With that in mind, Wall Decor Plus More has an ALL NEW Zebra stripe Wall Sticker, which features larger more solid pieces and a larger size. The stripe is still 36" long but the height is now 5".

The all new zebra stripes are also featured on the SALE PAGE this month only!  Now only $19 for 2- 3 foot zebra stripes!

Zebra stripes are neat as a border around a room or piece of furniture. The zebra stripes can also be cut up and made as a feature arrangement in the middle of a wall.  Zebra Print Wall Decor is popular in bedding from baby, teen and even adult sets.

NEW Zebra Star Wall Decor

My daughter's room is now "COOL"!  According to her anyway.. nevermind that we can't photograph even close to the floor, as that is tornado zone!  Anyway, we applied our NEW Zebra Star Stickers in the girls room.  And they do look pretty cool, even to my eyes!

So check out the new Zebra Star Stickers on our Children's Wall Decor Page.  The Zebra Stars come on a sheet of 9 stars -
      3- 8.5"
      2 each in 6", 5", and 4" size

We applied these on a typical textured wall and it was a BREEZE - no tiny pieces to work with because the whole sticker is connected together.  Application time was a MAX of 30 minutes.  The Zebra Stars use the same application technique as wall sayings and quotes - rub, stick, peel.

To brighten up the Zebra Stars you can add the Variety Star Pack, as shown in the room photo.  The Variety Star Stickers are the simple Peel-n-Stick application - just like our Polka Dots.
