We have MUCH to be Thankful For! Read for a Thankful Leaf Family Tip..
Hello all! Thanksgiving is less than a week away! Have you decorated for fall, and now want to turn it into Thanksgiving decor? Check out some of the options that using wall decals can offer you!
This board has leaves, acorns and a decal about giving thanks. Sounds like fall to me! But it also has a Thanksgiving theme!
What are we thankful for this year?
1. A new Shop with more room and efficient work space
2. Dedicated employees that continue to help us grow
3. YOU - our customers - for your continued support as we would not be a business without you.
4. Amazon.com - a large marketplace that does a great job marketing our products
5. FAMILY - without the support of husband and children, running a business would be a little more challenging
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving! I hope you too have much to be thankful and can enjoy the holiday with your family and friends!

We Are Featuring Our Coolest Wall Decals This Month!
Hello there,
We have a whole bunch of new Wall Decal designs that I would like to share with you!
First up, we have our Caution Boys Decal Sticker to make a Gadget Board! We spray painted a board bright yellow, and then we added the "Caution: Boys at Play" Decal with stripes. Once that was done, we added gadgets! A key and lock, door stop and fence latch are only a few ideas! The gadgets can get costly so we offer the Caution Boys decal in a small or large size. We have the small size displayed here. You can see the larger size in action HERE.

Second, we have our 'Masterpieces' Wall Decal! We were contacted by a customer to design a wall decal like one she had found on, yea you guessed it, on Pinterest. She wanted to put this above her children's art! So we came up with a few designs and this was the favorite. Naturally, we had to add this wall decal to our system to share the fun with you!
And then we have a few more new wall decals, that we didn't do projects with but are still really cute!

Don't forget to grab the necessary accessories for any pet at Pet Smart! You should have a dog or cat bed, whichever you have. And don't forget the toys! Animals get bored very easily and will need distraction from the tempting view of your furniture or clothing and shoes! My dogs love rawhide bones and will stay quiet and have good behavior for hours while they chew on them.
So, next time you decide you need to get a little something for your beloved pet, think about a wall decal! Or just grab a new chew toy or catnip :)
Have a wonderful day!

How to Make a Grandchildren Brag Board with Clothespins
Here's something I've been wanting to do for a long time! And then with the help of my manager (2 heads are always better than 1!), we have it accomplished... and I LOVE IT!
We tested out the use of a grandchildren wall decal that has been packaged for over a year to see if the wrinkles are any issue. We found, when applying to this glossy painted smooth board, it was no issue at all. We did have the wall sticker lying as shown above for about a week before we did the application. This is something I recommend for all wall decals that come packaged in a roll.
Here we show the beginning of application of the wall decal... where you use the hinge-method to apply a small part first.
The Grandchildren board after we have the sticker applied.
I am totally going to stock on more of this type of paint! We had been using an acrylic craft paint previously .. but this paint made application of the wall decal SO much easier. Plus we did not waste a foam brush nor did we have to come back the next day and apply a 2nd coat. To get a good covering, we just sprayed a 2nd layer about 10 minutes after the first.
Here's where my manager was handy to have around. I was struggling to get the clothespin nailed on properly. She suggested flipping the top part off to the side - WooLaa - easy as pie now!
I added wood glue under the clothespin along with nailing to keep it sturdier.
AND... the finished project.. Grandchildren Brag Board!! It just needs a couple grandkid pictures to display!

Dorm Decor and Organization Tips
It’s that time of year again: back to school. For some, that means moving back to a college dorm.
Although dorm rooms have a bad reputation for being old and cramped,
that doesn’t always have to be the case! Here are some of the best trips
and tricks for keeping your dorm space feeling like a happy home.
Like any living space, it’s important that your dorm makes you feel comfortable so you can relax after hitting the books all day. It’s hard to take a break when you have to make your way through a maze of furniture just to get to your bed. Small spaces can be challenging, especially when you have roommates! But if you decorate and organize a certain way, you can keep your dorm looking smart.
Just remember to keep it simple. Cluttered walls can make a dorm room feel smaller.
Are you moving to a dorm soon and need some packing tips? Have you ever lived in a dorm and have any organization tips? We’d love to know about them in the comments section!
Step 1: Keep Space in Mind When Packing
Especially if this is your first time moving away from home, bringing too much stuff is an easy mistake to make. Dorm rooms are notoriously small, so plan accordingly! Before you bring something, ask yourself if you are really going to need it. If not, keep it in storage somewhere else.Step 2: Organize, organize, organize
School, and especially college, is stressful. Why have your dorm room be stressful, too? An organized place is a happy place! Having a clean, organized dorm space will keep your dorm room feeling open and relaxing. The key to keeping a small dorm room clutter-free is to have a place for everything. The best way to do this is to have functional furniture. Pieces like storage ottomans and closet or over-the-door organizers will keep all your dorm stuff out of the way. Hiding things away like this will also keep your dorm space looking less cramped.Step 3: Make it Yours
Dorm roommates can sometimes go a little crazy when it comes to matching everything. A dorm room is usually a shared space, but it is still yours. To make your dorm comfortable, make your dorm match your personality. Trying to make your room look “cool,” or trendy, or what your roommate wants might make your dorm feel less homey. You have to live there, so why not make it what you want? Coordinating a color scheme or pattern scheme with your dorm roommates can be fun, but keep it personal with your own ideas mingled in, too.Step 4: Use the walls
Most dorm rooms have a policy against using nails or any destructive hardware on the walls, but that doesn’t mean you have to leave them blank. To hang your favorite artwork and posters, adhesive strip hooks and poster putty are your new best friends. Removable wall decals are also fun. Another dorm idea: draping a light, gauzy, calming fabric on the walls can hide the confining texture of dorm concrete walls.Just remember to keep it simple. Cluttered walls can make a dorm room feel smaller.

5 Ways to Make Going Back to School Easy & Fun
Hi all! Summer is a wonderful, even magical time of year for the kiddos. Long, lazy summer days filled with playing outside all day, swimming, going to the beach and so many more fun things! But as we all know it's already August, and stores are putting out the back to school supplies as fast as possible! I want to help the transition from lazy days to busy days to be as fun, and easy, as possible for you!
1. Host an end-of-summer party or barbeque! Turning this party into an annual tradition would help the kids look forward to school starting, and also who doesn't love a good party??
2. Personalize your child's supplies! Add their name to a water bottle, pencil case, folders. trapper keepers and more with one of these vinyl decals!
3. Talk to your kids. Ask them what has them worried or scared about going back to school.
4. Give them a special treat on the first day of school! Serving up a buffet breakfast or just baking homemade cinnamon rolls, is a tradition on the first day of school is a great and easy way to help them be ready for the new school year. Plus a good breakfast helps them to stay alert and focused in school!
5. Start a school-like routine a week or two before it actually starts. It will help make the adjustment of getting up early instead of sleeping in much easier.

How To Use A Plastic Business Card As A Squeegee
Need some tips on how to make your decal stick to the wall? Use the following method to help your decal stay on the wall!
1. Take a tape measure or level and make sure your decal is straight on the wall.
2. Using the hinge method - Take the backing off a small section of the decal; place the sticky part (transfer tape) on the wall; make sure it sticks; peel the rest of the backing off; smooth onto the wall.
3. Grab the plastic business card that came in the package with your decal.
4. Gently, but with a constant pressure, rub the card all over the decal. This will ensure that the lettering will stick to the wall and not come off with the transfer tape.
Be sure to rub the entire decal! Missing one spot, even a small one, can cause the decal to rip as you take the transfer tape off!
If you have any troubles at all , check out our YouTube channel to see more how-to videos!
Have a fabulous day!
