Who's in Love with Yellow, Grey, and Blue?

A customer ordered our "Love You For Always" baby Wall Quote Sticker today.  Her color choices were Warm Grey and Yellow!  That's when it dawned on me.... "What an AWESOME color combination!!"  Are you in love with the ever popular color combination of Yellow, Grey and Blue.... in clothes and in ROOM DECOR?!

So I had to put together some images so you all could see!  Above would be the Warm Grey and Yellow on a navy blue wall.   And below is the Warm Grey and Deep Blue combination on a yellow wall.  The Warm Grey would probably show up best on a darker wall but we do have a Storm Grey color on hand that would work great on a pastel colored wall.  The Storm Grey is about the same color as the Metallic Silver but without the metallic part.

 

Another awesome thing with these colors.....  They are gender neutral!  Go ahead and decorate that nursery before the baby arrives!

Will Wall Stickers Work In My Bathroom?

Will Wall Stickers work in my Bathroom?  Will the moisture effect how long they stay on? 

YES, you can apply wall stickers or decals to your bathroom wall!  And... you can even apply them around your shower area as shown above.  The Funky Circle Wall Stickers shown in the bathroom above have been up for almost a year without any peeling or loose stickers.

Will the moisture effect the wall stickers?  The key is to make sure the surface is CLEAN and DRY at application.  Once you have a solid "stick", you are good to go.

The bathroom wall shown is also textured.  DIY textured by yours truly =) so some spots got a little rough.  In those rough areas, I had to smooth down a sticker a time or 2 to help the sticker "remember" where it is supposed to be.  Right now, the stickers are all stuck down firmly and we have a nice "fun & funky" bathroom decor!
